A website isn't something you publish and forget. It has to stay online, fast and secure; the certificate has to renew, the data has to be backed up, updates have to be applied, and there are always small changes: a price, opening hours, a photo. With our hosting and maintenance plan, we take care of all of that, and you can ask for changes in English by email or WhatsApp.

What the Basic plan includes
- Hosting on servers with compression and caching, so your site loads fast.
- HTTPS on every page, renewed automatically.
- Daily backups of your database, with a copy off the server and tested restores.
- Security and system updates.
- Monitoring: if your site goes down, we find out, not your customers.
- Small changes to text, prices, images and hours.
- WhatsApp support during business hours (Costa Rica time, UTC−6).

How we work
- Free 30-minute video call to get to know your site and what tends to change.
- Technical review if we didn't build the site.
- Move or activation of the plan, without your site going offline.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a "small change"?
Anything that takes minutes: a line of text, a price, an image, opening hours, a blog post you send us. New pages or new features are quoted separately.
Is the domain in my name?
Yes. The domain, the site and the accounts are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over. See also domains and business email.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time, starting the following month.
