What do you need?

We check if your domain is free

We reply on WhatsApp or by email. We never share your details.

Your domain is your business's address on the internet, and in Costa Rica a .cr tells customers you are local. We register it in your company's name with NIC Costa Rica, set it up for your website and email, and remind you before it expires. An expired domain leaves the business without a website or email, and sometimes someone else registers it.

Registering a .cr from abroad can be confusing: NIC Costa Rica's site and process are in Spanish, and payment and renewal have their own rules. We handle that part for you, and the domain stays in your name, not ours.

Want to know whether your name is free? The form on our home page checks NIC Costa Rica as you type.

What's included

  • Name search and alternatives if the one you want is taken (.cr, .co.cr, .com).
  • Registration in your company's name with NIC Costa Rica, not ours.
  • DNS setup for your website and your email.
  • A reminder before it expires and yearly renewal, if you'd like us to handle it.
  • Transfer of domains someone else manages today, so they come under your control.

How we work

  1. A video call or a WhatsApp message to choose the name.
  2. Registration with your company's details.
  3. Setup of the website and email.
  4. Handover of the access details in your name.

Frequently asked questions

Is the domain mine?

Yes. It's registered in your company's name and you have the access. If you ever change providers, you take it with you.

What if someone else registered my domain?

If it was a previous provider, in your name, we help you get the access back. If it's in someone else's name, we explain your options.

Should I get a .cr or a .com?

If your customers are in Costa Rica, a .cr builds local trust and is usually easier to get. If you mostly sell abroad, a .com may suit you better; many businesses have both, with one redirecting to the other. See also business email.
