We work with Costa Rican companies and with clients from abroad: expats running a business here, foreign companies with Costa Rican customers, and agencies that need a reliable partner in the country. The whole project runs in English, remotely, and you can pay by card or PayPal.

Prices are in Costa Rican colones plus VAT; the pricing calculator shows the US dollar amount at today's rate. Every plan can grow with extra pages (₡35,000 each), a second language, copywriting (₡20,000 per page), a logo, local SEO, a blog or online bookings.
What every site includes
- Original design, mobile first, with your brand and not a generic template.
- Speed: optimized images, lean code and Core Web Vitals measured before handover.
- One-tap contact: a WhatsApp button, forms that reach your inbox and, if you need it, online booking.
- SEO from the start: titles and descriptions, page structure, clean URLs, a sitemap, and Google Search Console and Analytics connected.
- Security: HTTPS on every page, and backups.
- Everything in your name: the domain, the site and the accounts. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.
Online stores with local and international payments
Our stores take SINPE Móvil, cards (through Tilopay) and PayPal and, if you need them, Apple Pay and Google Pay. They show prices with VAT clearly broken down and send a confirmation for every order with its payment method.
Sites in English and Spanish
If you serve tourists, expats or customers outside the country, your site can have both languages, each page written for its reader and with its own address for Google. See website translation.
How we work
- Free 30-minute video call to understand your business and what the site has to do.
- Written proposal with scope, timeline and price, in English.
- 50% deposit to book your project; you can cancel at no cost within 8 days of paying (see the deposit policy, in Spanish).
- Design of the main pages, with two rounds of revisions.
- Development on a staging site where you can follow the progress. You provide the text, photos and logo; if you'd rather we create them, they are quoted separately (for example copywriting, ₡20,000 + VAT per page).
- Testing on phones and browsers, forms and payments.
- Balance and launch: the remaining 50% is paid before the site goes live.
- Ongoing care: if you like, hosting and maintenance from ₡25,000 + VAT a month, or 20% off when you pay yearly.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a site take?
It depends on the plan and on how quickly we get your text, photos and approvals. The written proposal gives you a date for each stage; if you need it sooner, there is a half-time delivery option.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, on the editable site, the store and the platforms. On the brochure site we make the changes for you.
Who writes the text?
You, with our guidance, or us, with the copywriting option. Either way the text starts from your business's real information, in English, Spanish or both.
Will my site show up on Google?
We leave it ready to rank and connected to Search Console. Reaching the top also depends on the competition and on your content over time.
I already have a site. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We review what works today, move over the content worth keeping and redirect the old addresses so you don't lose what you have on Google. See website migration.
I'm outside Costa Rica. Does that change anything?
No. We work by video call, email and WhatsApp, in your time zone within reason, and you can pay the deposit and the balance by card or PayPal.
