Business email on your own domain
Email with your company's name (you@yourcompany.com), set up so it doesn't land in spam. Setup: ₡35,000 + VAT, plus the provider's plan.
Writing to a client from a free account doesn't say the same thing as writing from you@yourcompany.com. Email on your own domain looks professional, belongs to your company even when people change, and, set up properly, lands in the inbox instead of spam.
What's included
- A provider recommendation for your team and budget: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your hosting's email.
- Domain setup so your email gets delivered: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which tell the world your emails are legitimate.
- Accounts and aliases such as info@ or sales@.
- Migration of your existing emails, if you need them in the new account.
- Setup on your phone and computer, with a short guide.
- Website emails (forms, orders, bookings) sent from your domain, so they don't land in spam either.
How we work
- Free 30-minute video call to choose the provider and the accounts.
- Plan purchase in your company's name; we guide you step by step.
- Domain and account setup, without cutting off the email you use today.
- Send and receive tests, and handover.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a domain?
Yes, your email uses your domain. If you don't have one yet, we register it for you. See domains.
Why do my emails land in spam?
Almost always because the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are missing or wrong. It's one of the first things we check.
Can I take the email address off my website to avoid spam?
Yes, and we recommend it: a protected contact form replaces the public address and cuts down spam and scam attempts. That's what we did on this site. See security and backups.
