Custom admin dashboards and internal tools
Custom internal tools to replace spreadsheets and chat threads: orders, appointments, inventory, clients and reports in one place, from any phone.
Many businesses run on a spreadsheet, three WhatsApp groups and someone's memory. It works until the business grows: orders get lost, nobody knows what's pending and reports take an afternoon. An admin dashboard puts all of that in one place, built around the way you work, and it runs on a computer or a phone.
Examples
- Orders and payments: each order with its status, payment method, receipt and who is handling it. That's how we manage web.cr's own orders, including confirming SINPE Móvil payments.
- Appointments and schedules: upcoming appointments, changes and each person's working hours.
- Inventory: stock, incoming, outgoing and alerts when something is running low.
- Clients: history, notes, documents and sales follow-up.
- Work orders: assignment to technicians, photos, signatures and closing from a phone.
- Reports: sales by period, best-selling products or most-requested services, with nothing put together by hand.
What's included
- Screens built around your process, not a generic system you have to bend to fit.
- Users and permissions: each person sees and changes only what's theirs, with a record of who did what.
- Works on phones, for the team out in the field.
- Automatic notices by email or WhatsApp when something needs attention.
- Import of your current data from spreadsheets or other systems.
- Daily backups and encrypted connections.
- English, Spanish or both, for mixed teams.
How we work
- Free 30-minute video call: how you work today, what gets lost and what takes up the most time.
- Written proposal with the screens, users, stages, dates and price.
- A small first stage with whatever saves you the most, so your team can start using it soon.
- Next stages based on what we learn from using it.
- Monthly hosting, maintenance and improvements.
Pricing
Each system is quoted according to its screens, users and integrations, after the video call, in Costa Rican colones plus VAT. We build it in stages so the first investment is small and pays off quickly.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't it better to buy an off-the-shelf system?
If one fits the way you work, yes. A custom system makes sense when the generic ones force you to change your process, charge per user or don't connect to what you already use.
Can it connect to my website?
Yes. That's the most common setup: orders, bookings or forms from the site go straight into the dashboard. See booking systems and client portals.
Who owns the data?
You do. The system and the database are in your name, and you can export your information whenever you like.
