Frequently asked questions
Do the WhatsApp messages come from my number?
The buttons open the chat from your usual number. Fully automatic sends need the official WhatsApp Business platform, which uses a verified number in your company's name.
Will my customers get spam?
No. We only send messages the customer expects because they did something: filled in a form, bought or booked. And each message is sent only once.
