API integrations: connect your site to your systems
We connect your website to your CRM, e-invoicing, inventory, Google or any system with an API, so nobody has to copy data by hand.
When your site, your invoicing system, your CRM and your spreadsheets don't talk to each other, someone ends up copying data from one to another. That costs time and causes mistakes. An integration connects them: what happens in one shows up in the other, on its own.
Examples
- Forms to your CRM: every lead from the site goes into HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or whichever CRM you use, with its source and the campaign that brought it.
- Sales to your invoicing: every online payment creates the invoice in your e-invoicing system, as Costa Rica's tax authority requires.
- Synced inventory: stock in your system shows in your online store, and every sale deducts it.
- Google: Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Analytics and Google Ads, for example to import closed sales as conversions.
- Payments and shipping: Tilopay, PayPal and courier or delivery services.
- Your own systems: if they have an API, or at least a way to export data, we can connect them.

Pricing
Each integration is quoted according to the systems, the amount of data and how often it moves, in Costa Rican colones plus VAT, after the technical review. If any of the systems charges for API use, your company pays that directly.
Frequently asked questions
What if my system has no API?
Often we can work with automatic exports, emails or shared files. We review it in the call and tell you honestly whether it's worth it.
What happens if one of the systems changes?
Providers sometimes change their APIs. With the maintenance plan we watch for those changes and adjust the integration. See also WhatsApp and email automations.
