Online price calculators and quote tools
Let your customers build their own quote on your site, with the exact price, tax included, and pay a deposit online. From ₡350,000 + VAT.
Many people never ask for a quote because they don't want the sales call. A calculator on your site lets them see the price on their own: they choose the options, see the total instantly and, when they're ready, leave their details or pay a deposit. You get leads who already know the price and want to move forward.
Our own pricing calculator is an example of what we build.
What it can price
- Services with options: plans, extras, quantities, rush delivery or languages.
- Made-to-order products: sizes, materials, finishes and quantities, for printers, furniture, signage, windows or tailoring.
- Events and rentals: dates, guests, hours and packages.
- Recurring services: monthly or yearly payment, with discounts for longer terms.
- Shipping and zones: different prices by province or distance.
What's included
- The exact price instantly, with every line broken down, the tax and the total.
- Your rules: minimums, volume discounts, combinations that aren't allowed and options that are only quoted in person.
- A shareable link: every quote has its own address, to send by WhatsApp or save.
- A clear next step: leave their details, book a call, or pay a deposit by card, SINPE Móvil or PayPal.
- Prices you control: change a price in one place and it updates across the site.
- Measurement: which options people choose and how many quotes turn into a lead or a payment.
- Currencies and languages: prices in colones, dollars or both, and the calculator in English and Spanish.
How we work
- Free 30-minute video call to understand how you build your prices today, even if it's in a spreadsheet.
- Written proposal with the options, the rules, the dates and the price.
- Calculator design so it's easy to use on a phone.
- Development and testing with your own cases, so every total matches what you would charge.
- Launch on your site, measured from day one.

Frequently asked questions
What if some things can't be priced online?
We mark them as "quoted": the calculator shows a starting price and asks for the customer's details or a call, instead of a total.
Can I change the prices myself?
Yes. Prices live in one place; change them and they update in the calculator and on every page that mentions them.
Does it work on my current site?
Usually yes, as a page or a section of your site. If your site is very old, we put it on a subdomain with your brand.
